Ja’Qulane Scales, MD

Ja’Qulane is a native of Little Rock, Arkansas, and a first-generation college graduate. She is a graduate of Philander Smith College where she received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a double minor in Biology and Mathematics. After undergraduate studies, Ja’Qulane obtained a Master of Public Health from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences with a focus in Biostatistics. She then received a Master of Science from the Uniformed Services University focusing on Neuroscience. Ja’Qulane is a recipient of the Health Professions Scholarship Program and proudly serves as an officer in the United States Navy.
